Manager Transactions

Transaction notifications shall be made to CapMan Plc and the FIN-FSA promptly and no later than three (3) business days after the date of the transaction.

The FIN-FSA request that managers notify their transactions through the FIN-FSA’s electronic service channel instead of through a PDF-Please follow the below instructions to do so:

Instructions for notifying transactions

1. Go to https://asiointi.finanssivalvonta.fi/en/login
2. If you have a Finnish identity number, authenticate yourself by logging in to the suomi.fi service as a Private person. Identify yourself in the suomi.fi service with your Finnish bank credentials.
3. If you do not have a Finnish identity number, click “I do not have a Finnish identity number”. Click “Register (users without a Finnish personal identity number).”
4. Follow the steps to register yourself as a user to the service (necessary only when using the service for the first time).
5. After registering, you should be able to return to the Login page and use your email address and password to login. Instructions are available here: https://www.finanssivalvonta.fi/en/about-the-fin-fsa/financial-supervisory-authority-e-services/managers-transactions/
6. Select form and complete with necessary information. CapMan LEI: 743700498L5THNQWVL66
7. Complete the form with information about the transaction. CapMan ISIN: FI0009009377
8. As you press “continue” the form shows the notification in XML format and as a summary in press release format. Please remember to copy the XML information and the summary press release to an email and send both to trading@capman.com so that we can disclose the transaction as a press release.
9. On the next page, you can check the information and send the form to FIN-FSA.
10. Please make sure that you send the complete notification to the FIN-FSA, as well as XML information and summary press release to trading@capman.com.

CapMan Plc publishes the notification it has received in a stock exchange release promptly after receipt of the notification.

As of 3 July 2016, published notifications of transactions by managers and their closely associated persons can be read on CapMan Plc’s website under Media.
