Record date and payment date of the second dividend and equity repayment instalment of EUR 0.07 resolved by the Annual General Meeting 2021
The Annual General Meeting of CapMan Plc held on 17 March 2021 resolved on a payment of dividend and equity repayment in two instalments for the financial period that ended on 31 December 2020. The Annual General Meeting resolved that the first instalment of EUR 0.07 per share, consisting of a dividend of EUR 0.01 per share and equity repayment of EUR 0.06 per share, shall be paid in March 2021 and the second instalment of EUR 0.07 per share, consisting of a dividend of EUR 0.01 per share and equity repayment of EUR 0.06 per share, in September 2021.
The Board of Directors of CapMan has on 16 September 2021 resolved in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting that the dividend payment date for the second instalment of EUR 0.07 per share, consisting of a dividend of EUR 0.01 per share and equity repayment of EUR 0.06 per share, shall be 27 September 2021. The ex-dividend date for the instalment shall be 17 September 2021 and the record date 20 September 2021.
