Christian Borgström and Maximilian Marschan to join CapMan’s Management Group
Christian Borgström and Maximilian Marschan, Managing Partners of CapMan’s Service businesses JAM Advisors and CaPS, have been appointed members of CapMan’s Management Group as of 1 February 2020.
Christian Borgström, M.Sc. (Econ.), is Managing Partner at JAM Advisors and one of its founders. He has more than 25 years of finance industry experience and has held various asset management and corporate analysis positions at Citibank, Sampo Life, Evli Fund Management Company, Aktia Fund Management Company, Nordea Luxembourg and EFG Bank Helsinki, among others.
Maximilian Marschan, M.Sc. (Econ.), is the founder of CaPS (CapMan Procurement Services) and responsible for the CaPS business in Finland and Sweden. Marschan joined CapMan in 2009. Prior to CapMan, he has held several managerial sales positions in Finland and internationally at Lumene and Telia, among others, for more than 10 years.

We acquired the majority in JAM Advisors in the beginning of last year and the business has developed well. The Service business has become increasingly significant for CapMan’s results development in the past few years, which emphasises the importance of service business heads to have representation in the Management Group.
