CapMan Growth Fund and other owners of the company have agreed to sell their holdings in Polystar OSIX AB, a Swedish network analytics and service provider, to the Finnish telecommunications company Elisa. The transaction is the third successful exit of CapMan Growth Fund, which was established in 2017.
Polystar sells and markets network performance surveillance and analytics software to international telecom operators. The company’s turnover was approx. SEK 395 million as of the financial year ending on 30 April 2019. More than 100 telecom operators globally use Polystar’s systems, which process more than 100 billion events every day. The company is headquartered in Stockholm with offices in all its key markets and it employs more than 200 professionals. Consideration for the acquisition is EUR 70 million, which Elisa pays in cash. In addition, the arrangement includes a potential additional purchase price of max. EUR 5 million.
