CapMan Plc press release 4 April 2018 at 16.15 p.m. EEST
CapMan issues EUR 50 million notes
Not for release, publication or distribution in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in or into the United States, Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore or South Africa or any other jurisdiction in which the release, publication or distribution would be unlawful.
CapMan Plc issues senior unsecured notes in the principal amount of EUR 50 million (the “Notes“). The Notes will mature on 16 April 2023 and carry fixed interest at a rate of 4.125 per cent per annum. The Notes were allocated to 35 investors. The Notes are callable before the final maturity.
“Market demand for the Notes was strong and it was clearly oversubscribed. We succeeded in lengthening the average maturity of our debt portfolio with competitive terms,” says Niko Haavisto, CFO of CapMan.
Application will be made for listing of the Notes on Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. The proceeds from the Notes will be used for refinancing certain existing indebtedness of CapMan Plc and for general corporate purposes.
OP Corporate Bank Plc acts as Lead Manager for the issue of the Notes.
