The CaPS way
CaPS (CapMan Purchasing Scheme) is a service driving down costs on non-strategic products and services for its member companies. The concept is unique among private equity investors in the Nordic countries.
The strength of networks in purchasing activities
CapMan initiated CaPS in 2009 to mainly service its Finnish portfolio companies. In 2011, we expanded our operations to Sweden. Today we have around 100 member companies and consolidate procurement in over 80 categories including logistics, travel and IT-services.

Significant savings for our members
CaPS is above all a member-driven concept. The member companies of our closed network have a combined turnover of approx. €10 billion and more than 50,000 employees. Our member companies play a central role in the selection of purchasing categories and partners. Partners are selected in a competitive bidding process, which includes all members interested in a specific category.
Our strong network benefits all our members
Our member companies
Through consolidated purchasing, our member companies benefit from competitive prices, high service level as well as better negotiation and payment terms. In addition, our members save a lot of time by consolidating their purchasing activities.
We offer our partners an excellent opportunity to grow, expand their customer base and build long-lasting customer relations.
