Norum portfolio

Norum was established in 1995. CapMan acquired Norum in 2008 and CapMan Russia team still manages two Norum funds.



Norum I, a USD 63 million fund, was established by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the consortium of the Nordic investors in 1996. During 1996–2002 Norum I invested over USD 60 million into 19 Russian companies. Norum II, a USD 25 million fund, was established in 2003 by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. It has invested USD 18 million into five Russian companies during 2003–2006. The two Norum funds have two portfolio companies.
