Our organisation

CapMan is a listed company with entrepreneurial Investment partnerships supported by the CapMan Platform. The four key Investment partnerships - CapMan Buyout, CapMan Russia, CapMan Public Market, and CapMan Real Estate - each have its own dedicated investment team and funds. CapMan Platform supports the Investment partnerships by being responsible for fund management, fundraising, legal and compliance, investor relations, communications, Group finances, human resources and IT. Altogether, CapMan employs approx. 120 professionals in Helsinki, Stockholm, Oslo, Moscow and Luxembourg.
