Own shares

CapMan Plc owned 26,299 B shares at the end of year 2010. The Annual General Meeting of CapMan Plc, held on 30 March 2011, authorized the Board of Directors to decide on the repurchase of shares and/or on the acceptance of shares as pledge. The authorization concerns at maximum 8,000,000 B shares. The details of the authorization are available here. The Board has not used the authorization granted in 2011.
