Silent period

CapMan observes a 14-day silent period prior to the announcement of its financial results. During this silent period, CapMan refrains from meetings with shareholders, analysts and other capital markets representatives, as well as the financial media. The company also refrains from commenting on its financial situation, future outlook or markets during silent periods. All trading in CapMan’s shares or stock options is prohibited for all CapMan Group employees during silent periods.
