The Company’s share capital consists of 78,314,418 shares in total (6,000,000 A-series shares and 72,314,418 B-series shares). The shares have 132,314,418 votes in total. A-series shares have entitlement to ten (10) votes per share and B-series shares one (1) vote per share.
