CapMan is now looking for a person for the position of
for the Back Office and Monitoring Team.
Your tasks will relate to, for example, fund reporting, liquidity management, control of bookkeeping, tax matters, and payments to/from the portfolio and the investors in private equity and real estate funds. Most of your responsibilities will relate to the real estate funds, in close cooperation with the financial administration team of CapMan Real Estate. You will also be involved in producing and developing investor and management reporting of the real estate funds and their performance, as well as other related matters such as interpretation of fund agreements or regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate is a team player with an exact and thorough way of working and good understanding of accounting matters. You will most likely have a university degree in business, finance or accounting, as well as some relevant work experience, e.g. in back/middle office or in accounting. Experience from fund management, or investments in real estate or other private assets, is considered an advantage. Excellent skills in English and Finnish are required.

The concept is unique among private equity investment managers in the Nordic countries. In your role as a Procurement Analyst you will take part in tendering for new services and categories in Sweden. Your responsibilities include, among others, savings verifications, analysis of categories, preparation of materials, identification of business opportunities based on the tendering process and conducting due diligence in relation to external companies. B2B sales support and organizing events are also a part of your duties; consequently, you will be working closely with CaPS’ member companies. Even though you are an “Analyst”, analysis is only a part of your job and you will gradually take responsibility for tender processes and member companies. CaPS put great value over execution and implementation.
