Peter Augustsson joins CapMan’s Nordic advisor network

CapMan announces that Peter Augustsson, M.Sc. (Tech), a former CEO of Saab Automobile AB and ex-President and CEO of Swedish SKF Group, joins CapMan’s Nordic advisor network as Industrial Advisor effective from June 2007.

Swede Peter Augustsson, 52, currently acts as an owner and chairman of Peter Augustsson Development AB, a business development consultancy agency. He has a long track record within manufacturing and engineering industry, particularly in the automobile sector, where he has held several top management positions since the 1990’s. Mr Augustsson has worked among others at Volvo Car Corporation in the Netherlands and in Belgium and at Saab Automobile AB and acted as Vice President GM Europe in Sweden, and he is specialised especially in production development.  

 

As CapMan’s Industrial Advisor, Mr Augustsson will mainly complement the expertise of the CapMan Buyout team. Currently he acts as the Chairman of the Board of CapMan's portfolio company Metallfabriken Ljunghäll AB.
