CapMan Real Estate I fund has acquired the commercial property located at Ludviginkatu 3–5 in the Helsinki from Yrjö Jahnsson Foundation. The five-storey building was constructed in 1891 and it has a lettable area of ca. 4,000 m².
In addition, the fund and Yrjö Jahnsson Foundation have made an agreement on the transfer of the property located at Elimäenkatu 9 A and 9 B in Vallila to the ownership of CapMan Real Estate I. The buildings have an aggregate lettable area of ca. 12,900 m², and they were built in 1926 and 1974.
CapMan manages two private equity real estate funds, of which CapMan Real Estate I invests in commercial properties in the Helsinki metropolitan area and CapMan RE II fund in property development targets in Finland. The funds’ portfolios comprise a total of 13 properties or property development targets after the investments made now.
