CapMan acquires a commercial property in Malmi, Helsinki

CapMan Real Estate I fund managed by CapMan has acquired the commercial property located at Malminkaari 9 in Helsinki from Fennia Life Insurance Company Ltd.

The commercial property is located in the suburb of Malmi in Helsinki and it was built in 1987. The lettable area of the property totals approx. 5,000 m², and it is fully leased at the time of investment.

CapMan manages two private equity real estate funds, of which CapMan Real Estate I fund has investment focus on commercial properties in the Helsinki metropolitan area and CapMan RE II fund on property development targets in Finland.
