Stock exchange release - 29 December 2006

The exit from Nordkalk Corporation finalised

The transaction where funds managed by CapMan sold their ownership in producer of limestone products Nordkalk Corporation to mainly Rettig and Ahlström Capital has been finalised. The transaction was subject to the approval of the Competition Authorities, which has now been granted. CapMan published a release about the transaction on 26 October 2006.

As stated earlier at the time of publishing the transaction, the exit from Nordkalk moves Finnventure Fund V considerably closer to carry, but it does not have substantial impact on CapMan Plc’s Q4 result in 2006. Finnventure Fund V will start to generate carried interest on condition that further net cash flows of approx. MEUR 2 are returned to fund investors.
