Nominations in CapMan Group

As of October 2006, Mr Vesa Walldén has been appointed as Senior Partner, Mr Jan Mattlin has been nominated as Investment Director, Mrs Gitte Reitz and Ms Mari Huuhka have been nominated as Investment Managers and Mrs Annica Hillman has been nominated as Deputy Head of the Fund Administration team.

Vesa Walldén, 45, joined CapMan’s Technology team in 2002. Walldén has close to 20 years experience in global high technology companies, and he is a Board member in Flander Ltd, Secgo Software Oy, Solid Information Technology Corp. and Hantro Products Oy. Prior to joining CapMan, Walldén worked at Tahoe Networks, where he was responsible for business development EMEA. Previously he held positions at Nokia New Ventures, Nokia Mobile Phones and Sun Microsystem Inc.  

Jan Mattlin, M.Sc. (Eng.), 30, joined CapMan’s Buyout team as Investment Analyst in 2000 and was promoted to Investment Manager in 2003. Mattlin specialises in industrial management and retail, and he has been involved in several buyout deals, for example in Eltel Networks, Kultajousi, Nordkalk, Synerco, Tokmanni and Moventas. Prior to joining CapMan Mattlin worked at Citibank International.

Gitte Reitz, M.Sc. (Econ.), 33, joined CapMan’s Buyout team as Investment Analyst in 2004 and she is located at CapMan’s Copenhagen office. Prior to joining CapMan Reitz worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance.

Mari Huuhka, M.Sc. (Econ.), 27, joined CapMan’s Buyout team as Investment Analyst in 2004. Currently Huuhka is located at CapMan’s Oslo office. 

Back Office Manager Annica Hillman, M.Sc. (Econ.), 45, has been nominated as Deputy Head of the Fund Administration team. Hillman joined CapMan in 2003, and she is located at CapMan’s Stockholm office. Prior to joining to CapMan Hillman worked at Slottsbacken as CFO and controller.
