Kaisa Arovaara appointed as Deputy CFO of CapMan
Kaisa Arovaara, M.Sc. (Econ.), APA, 35, has been appointed Deputy CFO of CapMan Plc as of 9 January 2006.
Prior to joining CapMan Mrs Arovaara worked for ten years at Ernst & Young in Helsinki and New Zealand. In years 2001–2005 she worked as a Financial Analyst performing due diligence for M&A, and she also headed this business at Ernst & Young for two years. Mrs Arovaara’s major customers were international private equity and venture capital firms, and she has participated in almost all of the prominent auction processes over the past few years.
In addition, Mrs Arovaara will act as a member of the Management Group of CapMan Plc during CFO Olli Liitola’s sabbatical leave over the period 8 February - 7July 2006.
