Johan Bennarsten appointed as Deputy Head of CapMan Life Science
Mr Johan Bennarsten, Investment Director, has been appointed as Deputy Head of CapMan Life Science as of 2 May 2006.
Johan Bennarsten, M.Sc.(Eng.), M.D., 34, joined CapMan’s Life Science team as Investment Analyst in early 2001 and was promoted to Investment Manager in 2003 and Investment Director in 2005. Since the beginning he has contributed to the analysis of life science deals and investments. He has had a key role in CapMan’s life science investments in Aerocrine AB, Millicore AB and SciBase AB. Prior to CapMan Bennarsten practised as Paediatrician at Södersjukhuset in Stockholm and gained experience from the medical technology industry as Medical Specialist at Siemens-Elema, Stockholm, within intensive care products.
