Dr J.T. Bergqvist, (b. 1957), M.Sc., Dr. Tech., executive management education in the USA and France, has outstanding expertise in the management and development of IT and telecom companies. He has held several sales and general management positions at Nokia Networks, and has served as a Member of the Group Executive Board at Nokia Corporation during 2001–2005. Dr Bergqvist is a member of the Board in several companies operating in IT, telecom and financial industries.
Mr Jesper Jarlbæk, (b. 1956), Authorised Public Accountant, B.Sc. (Econ.), executive management education in INSEAD and AEP, has a long track record in management and development functions in Denmark. Mr Jarlbæk served with Arthur Andersen for almost 30 years, culminating his career there as Country Managing Partner. Since 2002 Mr Jarlbæk was Managing Partner- Advisory services for Deloitte Denmark. Currently he is engaged in several start-up companies as an investor and Board member.
Mr Esko Mäkeläinen, (b. 1946), M.Sc. (Econ.), has strong experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions within the forest industry sector. Mr Mäkeläinen has more than 30 years’ experience in the forest industry, among others as the CFO of Stora Enso. He has been a member of the Board in various forest industry and finance companies since 1992.
