CapMan redefined its financial objectives

The Board of Directors of CapMan Plc has approved redefined financial objectives for the Company. In addition, the Board has approved the Company’s revised vision, mission and values.

The redefined financial objectives are divided into four groups, which are growth, profitability, capital structure and dividend policy. CapMan’s financial objectives are:

 

Growth:                               

  • Average capital growth of funds under management at least 15% per annum

Profitability:                         

  • Return on equity over 25%
  • Equity fund performance above 15% net IRR to fund investors per annum

Capital structure:                  

  • Finance 50% of CapMan Plc’s future fund investments with debt financing
  • Equity ratio at least 50%

Dividend policy:

  • Payout ratio at least 50% of the net profit

Each investment area (Buyout, Technology, Life Science and Real Estate) has its own dedicated Nordic investment team and funds. The Buyout team is also responsible for mezzanine funds’ investment activities.
