CapMan invests in Swedish Spintop Netsolution AB

Funds managed by CapMan will invest in Spintop Netsolution AB, a Swedish software development and services company. Following this investment, CapMan funds will have a 30 percent stake in Spintop and the company’s founders and key employees will hold the remainder. The investment will be used to finance an accelerated growth rate of Spintop.

Spintop provides solutions based on Microsoft platforms for administration of PC environments. The company is a Microsoft Certified Partner and has a large customer base of medium to large enterprises in all industries in Sweden. The company was founded in 2003 and currently employs 20 people in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

”Spintop’s greatest challenge is to scale up its business at the same pace as the strong increase in demand. By getting CapMan as a co-owner, the possibilities of achieving this increase substantially, both on a financial and structural level.
