CapMan exits from Puulämpö Yhtiöt Oy

Puulämpö Yhtiöt Oy, a portfolio company of CapMan funds Finnventure II, Finnventure III and Finnmezzanine I, will redeem the funds’ ownership in the company. All of the funds exiting from Puulämpö Yhtiöt Oy are generating carry, and as a result the amount of carried interest received by CapMan will be EUR 0.9 million. It is expected that the exit will be finalised in the second quarter of 2006 and the carried interest income will be entered in CapMan Plc’s result for January–June 2006.
