CapMan comments on market information

CapMan Plc has today received information that GIMV has approached certain large shareholders of CapMan Plc to discuss the possibility to combine GIMV and CapMan Plc into a European private equity firm.

In addition, the aforementioned shareholders have declared that these preliminary discussions have not led to a conclusion and have been terminated.
