Claes de Neergaard, member of the CapMan Plc Board, has today been appointed as President of the Swedish venture capital investor Industrifonden (The Swedish Industrial Development Fund). Due to this appointment de Neergaard resigns from the CapMan Plc Board of Directors, effective immediately.

The current members of CapMan Plc Board are Lauri Koivusalo (ch), Vesa Vanha-Honko (v ch), Tapio Hintikka, Lennart Jacobsson, Teuvo Salminen and Ari Tolppanen.
