Changes in CapMan Plc’s organisation

Jerome Bouix has been appointed as a member of the Management Group of CapMan Plc as of 4 November 2005. Bouix is responsible for CapMan funds’ fundraising and CapMan Plc’s investor relations and communications. 

At the same time, there is a change in the division of work in CapMan Group. Functions related to fundraising, investor relations and communications have been transferred directly under CEO Heikki Westerlund. The real estate business, which is in a strong development phase, reports to Vesa Vanha-Honko, who also is responsible for development activities and associated companies.

 

As of 4 November 2005, the composition of the Management Group of CapMan Plc is as follows: Heikki Westerlund, Olli Liitola (CFO and Deputy CEO), Jerome Bouix, Markku Hietala (CapMan Real Estate), Jan Lundahl (CapMan Life Science), Petri Niemi (CapMan Technology), Tuomo Raasio (CapMan Buyout) and Vesa Vanha-Honko.

 

The Management Group of CapMan Plc is responsible for preparation, co-ordination and decision-making of matters relating to CapMan Group’s business. The Management Group is still divided into two subgroups, one of which comprises the CEO and Heads of Private Equity investment teams and the other the CEO and Heads of common Group functions. Markku Hietala reports to Vesa Vanha-Honko and the other members of the Management Group report to CEO Heikki Westerlund.
