CapMan Plc’s financial reporting in 2006

CapMan Plc will publish its financial statements bulletin for 2005 on Friday 3 February 2006. The Annual Report for 2005 will be published in March 2006 during week 11.

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday 22 March 2005 at 10 a.m. in Helsinki.

CapMan Plc will publish three interim reports in 2006 as follows:
For the period 1 January - 31 March 2006 on Thursday 4 May 2006
For the period 1 January - 30 June 2006 on Thursday 10 August 2006
For the period 1 January - 30 September 2006 on Thursday 26 October 2006

CapMan's financial information will be published in Finnish and English. All financial information is available immediately after release also at CapMan's website, www.capman.com.
