AffectoGenimap Plc, a portfolio company of the Fenno Fund co-managed by Fenno Management Oy and CapMan, has today published a stock exchange release on the share issue and sale of AffectoGenimap Plc (”Initial Public Offering”) and filing for public listing. In connection with the public listing, Fenno Fund intends to sell part of its shareholding in AffectoGenimap Plc. AffectoGenimap Plc will make a final decision on the execution of the initial public offering, the number of shares to be sold, the sale price and other terms at the closure of the Institution sale associated with the IPO, at an estimated 26 May 2005.

Fenno Fund invested in Affecto Ltd in 1999. Fenno Management Oy has been responsible for the development of the company. Affecto Ltd, provider of business intelligence solutions and Genimap Corporation, specialist in digital location-based information systems, merged in autumn 2004.
