Funds managed by Nordea Capital and CapMan exit from Euran Kuluttajatuotteet Oy


Funds managed by Nordea Capital and CapMan exit from Euran Kuluttajatuotteet Oy. The shares owned by the equity funds are acquired by Christian Fredman, Managing Director of Euran Kuluttajatuotteet Oy, and his family. The company’s business activities continue unchanged after the exit by the funds.

The funds invested in the company in 1997. Euran Kuluttajatuotteet Oy manufactures paper, plastic and foil products for food supplies for consumers and institutional kitchens. In 2001 the company’s turnover amounted to EUR 16.9 million. The company currently employs 65 people.  

The effect of the exit on CapMan’s result for 2001 will be about EUR 0.5 million.
