Measured by the investment, exit and fundraising activities the first half of 2006 was a good one for CapMan, creating a solid ground for the rest of the year.

Latest investments

Since the beginning of 2006 CapMan funds have invested in MQ Sweden, Spintop Netsolution, 42Networks, Neoventa Medical and in Prostalund, all Swedish companies, and in Finnish Tamro MedLab. Read more...

The latest buyout exits have been from Matka-Vekka, Drobe, Kultajousi, Mehiläinen and Puulämpö Yhtiöt. The technology team has announced exits from Quartal, AtBusiness and Modultek. On the life science side, the lates exit has been from Prostalund. In addition a partial exit from Sentera has been done and Finlayson & Co has repaid its mezzanine loan. Read more...

Latest real estate investments

CapMan's first real estate fund CapMan Real Estate I, founded in June 2005, has currently 22 premises in its portfolio. The latest investments are Kiinteistöosakeyhtiö Erottajankatu 15–17, Kiinteistöosakeyhtiö Malmin Nova and Henry Fordinkatu 6 in Helsinki and Kiinteistöosakeyhtiö Tikkurilantie 136 in Vantaa.
