Merger considerations in CapMan - Vestcap merger on 2 April 2001
After the Merger of Vestcap Oyj and CapMan Plc, the shareholders of Vestcap became shareholders of CapMan by receiving CapMan B shares as follows:
Vestcap A shareholders received for each Vestcap A share (nominal value €0.05) 0.2925608539 CapMan B shares (nominal value €0.01) and Vestcap B shareholders received for each Vestcap B share (nominal value €0.05) 0.2438007116 Cap-Man B shares (nominal value €0.01).
