Kaisa Arovaara

Kaisa Arovaara joined CapMan in 2006. Kaisa is CFO of CapMan Plc and Head of Internal Services covering CapMan Group's acconting, IT and office services. Prior joining CapMan, Kaisa worked ten years for Ernst & Young in Helsinki and in New Zealand as an Auditor and Transaction Advisor. She is an Authorised Public Accountant.  

Between 2001 and 2005 Kaisa specialised in Financial Due Diligence and was heading the Transaction Support business at Ernst & Young for two years. Her main clients were local and international Private Equity houses and she has been leading financial due diligence teams in nearly all the major auction processes in Finland.
