• Average capital growth of funds under management at least 15% per annum

Profitability:                         

• Return on equity over 25%
• Equity fund performance above 15% net IRR to fund investors per annum

Capital structure:                  

• Finance 50% of CapMan Plc’s fund investments with debt financing
• Equity ratio at least 50%

Dividend policy:

• Payout ratio at least 50% of the net profit
