In 2005 established CapMan Real Estate is a pioneer in private equity investments in real estates and at the moment also the largest player in this sector in Finland. CapMan Real Estate invests in commercial premises in the Helsinki metropolitan area, in property development in Finland and hotel properties in Finland and Sweden.

Our team comprises Fund Operations and Real Estate Consulting teams, of which the first one is responsible for funds’ investment operations and real estate portfolio development. The consulting team practices real estate consulting under the Realprojekti brand and supports funds’ value creation work.
