Real estate investments have been part of CapMan's investment activities since June 2005. CapMan's real estate funds' original investment capacity totals €1.9 billion. The funds' investment focus is on commercial properties in greater Helsinki area (CapMan Real Estate I fund), in property development in Finland (CapMan RE II fund) and in hotel properties in Finland and Sweden (CapMan Hotels RE).
