Buyouts are company acquisitions in which the private equity investor typically acquires the company or part thereof together with the operative management or an outside management group. Buyout investments have been a part of CapMan’s investment strategy since the company’s foundation in 1989. We are one of the few buyout teams working locally in Nordic countries. Our team is a pioneer in private equity investments in Nordic countries. Due to our new Buyout IX fund we have good resources to support our existing portfolio companies and to make new investments. 

Our investment professionals work closely with the management team to develop the portfolio company. CapMan Buyout is aiming to be an active value adding owner of its portfolio companies.
