Investment Operations

CapMan funds make investments in Nordic and Russian companies and in real estates mainly in Finland. During the 20 years of operations the funds have invested in over 160 portfolio companies and over 80 properties. The common nominators and key value creation drivers in all six investment areas are active ownership and our hands-on approach in developing companies and real estate targets together with entrepreneurs, management and other owners. We develop our investment targets persistently.  

Our principal aim is value creation in our investment targets. Our investment professionals work closely with the management of the portfolio companies to create lasting and long-term growth, improved profitability and stronger strategic position. Value creation in our real estate targets is based on a well-structured portfolio as well as on active development of single properties and real estate development targets.
