At the moment CapMan manages three real estate funds, CapMan Real Estate I, CapMan RE II and CapMan Hotels RE. The funds' key figures and investments are presented on separate fund data sheets below.

 

Guidelines for interpreting the information on fund data sheet

In general, management fees and carried interest income received from private equity real estate funds are lower than those from mezzanine funds making direct investments in portfolio companies.

The hurdle rate presented in the fund data sheet describes the first hurdle rate to be reached before the fund starts to generate carried interest.

Carried interest rate describes the first carried interest rate after the hurdle rate is met. CapMan’s share of the carried interest income is presented separately. CapMan shares the carried interest income with Corintium Oy and the specific investment team in question.
