Fund management and advisory services

CapMan’s core business is private equity fund management and advisory services. The funds under management invest mainly in unlisted Nordic companies or real estate assets. At the moment CapMan manages 12 equity funds, three mezzanine funds and three real estate funds. In addition, CapMan’s affiliated company Access Capital Partners manages/advises four funds of funds as well as private equity investment mandates.
